Memorial tablet to Fedor Hlavatý

Fedor Hlavatý was a leader of anti-feodal band which acted in 1492 - 1495 in eastern Slovakia.

 

He was born in Ruská Volová village.

 

There is a memorial tablet in his honour in the village.

The sign on the tablet in Slovac and Ukrainian languages:

"V XV.stol: V RUSKEJ VOLOVEJ SA NARODIL VODCA PROTIFEUDÁLNEJ ZBOJNÍCKEJ DRUŽINY FEDIR HOLOVATYJ /HLAVATA/
