Turhan Hatice Valide Sultan (1628? – 1683) was one of the hasekis ("favourite concubine") of the Ottoman sultan Ibrahim I (reign 1640-1648) and the mother of his successor, Mehmed IV (reign 1648-1687). She was of Ukrainian origin, and her real name is believed to be Nadia. She was captured during one of the raids by Tatars and got into slavery.

Turhan Hatice died in 1683 and was buriied in the tomb near New Mosque (Yeni Cami), which was built by her.
